She manages properties as well as sells residential and income properties. Her office is located in South San Francisco.
Susan and her sister, Molly, have been managing properties for 25 years combined. Molly Hwe, CCRM, has been managing properties in San Francisco for 15 years. Molly manages all aspects of property management for 1000+ units in California, Colorado, Oregon, and New York (residential and commercial). She has a degree in English from San Francisco State University.
We are natives of San Francisco and grew up in the Sunset District. Susan received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Office Systems San Francisco State. She also has a minor in Business Administration from SFSU. She is a certified home inspector so she may better serve her clientele in the risk management of real estate. She holds two designations, GRI and RE Master from Graduate REALTOR® Institute which provides a comprehensive training in real estate programs. Having been a part owner of a construction company, she is familiar with the practices and procedures concerning construction and repair. She is committed to learning and improving her knowledge of all aspects of real estate to better serve her clients and customers.
She is an active member of the San Mateo County Association of REALTORS (SAMCAR), California Association of REALTORS (CAR), and National Association of REALTORS (NAR).
