We used licensed contractors and sub-contractors to quickly get the repair or remodeling job done. We can prepare your property if it requires cleaning, repairs, upgrade, or even remodeling before putting the house up on the market to attract well qualified prospective residents. You can provide the materials while we supply the labor. Our marketing goal is to quickly get the house rented, pricing and terms that meet your goal with our effect marketing strategy.
You will receive a monthly income and expense statement as well as one annual statement which can be used for tax purposes.
Contract terms, including fees, for property management are negotiable based on complexity of the buidling.
