Our fee is 5% of Gross Annualized Rent and customer support at no charge to landlord during term of the lease. 

You can maintain the day-to-day management operation of your investment property and hire us to help you rent your vacant property.

We will provide the following services:

• Free consultation of needed repair or upgrade to attract well qualified prospective tenants and to achieve market rent
• Market your available properties for rent online with digital photographs in move-in condition. 
• Hold open houses and show properties on appointments (seven days a week)
• Communicating with interested person(s)
• Screening and qualifying potential tenants: running credit check,  background check, and verification of references
• Lease preparation
• Conduct Move-In Inspection and Walkthrough
• Documentation of applicant’s screening and qualifying paperwork, original signed lease agreement, closing statement, and collected security deposit and first month rent check will be sent to you.
