PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES
For property owner(s) who do not want to be involved in the day-to-day management operation of rental property. Fee is 5% to 6% of one month’s rent depending on property.
We will provide the following services:

Move-In Inspection and Walkthrough

Two weeks initial move out inspection prior to move out date

24 hour Emergency Service

Return of security deposit, itemized deduction report of appropriate charges, documentation of tenant’s inquires regarding complaints or repair, documentation of tenant-caused damages with digital photography

Cleaning and maintenance repairs, and taking digital photography of vacant and ready to rent units

Market your available properties for rent online with digital photographs in move-in condition

Hold open houses and show properties on appointments (7 days a week)

Communicating with interested person(s)

Screening and qualifying potential tenants: running credit check, background check, and verification of references

Lease preparation
-
Bookkeeping, monthly balance sheet, and distribution of checks

Payment of utility bills and expenses and other expenses at owner’s request (taxes, insurance, and mortgage payments)

Leasing Fee under Contract is $200.00
